I was born and raised in Texas. I came to London 6 years ago to study. I have a BSC in Business Administration, a BA in Art History and a MA in International Business Management. All of those fancy degrees have helped me a great deal in my chosen profession – male modelling! Lesson one: it’s always good to have something to fall back on.
I have always been a fitness nut. Even if it weren’t my chosen profession to try on clothes and/or strip down to my underwear – my commitment to health and the gym would be the same. Luckily for me my job requires fitness and health to be a large part of my life.
I first began modelling nearly a decade ago when I was still in University in Texas. After graduating I pursued a career in the corporate world although my modelling continued as a part time hobby. My foray into the world of business and finance provided me with the opportunity to live in some exciting places, first was Hong Kong (where on the modelling front I scored my first cover), then Singapore and finally to London. It wasn’t until I came to the UK that I decided to make modelling my full time occupation. Today, I am represented by W-Athletic which is a London based agency specialising in health, fitness and talent models for Media, Print and Film / TV.
My somewhat unique job gives me the opportunity to meet new people just as committed to health and fitness almost every day, you can see how I train in my interview by Fitness Fan. This combined with my own personal fitness journey means that I have gleaned a lot of information, some of it hopefully useful! What works for me may well work for you and it is my hope to pass on to Fitness Fan readers some of the best bits and pieces.
