You will just need a large sweet potato, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Simply blend all of the spices, and then slice the sweet potato as thinly as possible. Arrange them on baking sheets, and then cook them for 50 minutes. Turn them all over, and then bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
