This review looks at the Multipower Fomula 80 Evolution, Strawberry flavour. The Formula is a blend of protien which has 4 major protein components – milk protein, , Whey Protein, Egg protein and Caseine.
Egg protein is high in L-Methionin and L-Cysteine. These two types of amino acids play an important role in the protein metabolism. The fast digestable whey protein allows fast amino acid supply of the muscles. This contributes to a fast muscle growth after the workout. Caseine which is slow in uptake to the muscles allows a long lasting supply of amino acids for around 7 hours.

Point of View:
I have been taking the Formula 80 for three weeks. I have noticed a great improvement in my general alternates and my recovery from workouts. My training sessions have been HITT based. These have been intense and short based sessions. My fitness goals are aimed to gain more muscle size and shape. Since taking the Formula 80, I feel I have seen results and have added 1.3 kg in mass. Another great thing I like about the Formula 80, is the taste is pleasant and not too overpowering or artificial flavoured.
