We know that regular exercise can contribute to a better quality of life both physically & mentally. But many of us, particularly if you’re new to getting fit can find it a lonely & daunting slog. This is where National Fitness Day comes in. Research has proven that by exercising in groups or with a partner means you’re more likely to stick at it, creating a more positive atmosphere & having more fun!

If you’re interested in participating in the largest celebration of physical activity in the UK then why not check out the website here for more information & events going on in your local area. With so many chain clubs, local centres & parks taking part there is something on your doorstep.
